Legal notice
Kayan TV is a media player. That is all it is.
We do not provide, host, sell, supply or recommend any channels, playlists, streams, films or series. Beyond the open-source demonstration media described below, no media is included with this app, and we have no control over, and no knowledge of, what you choose to connect to it.
To use Kayan TV, you connect your own source—an Xtream Codes account, an M3U playlist, or a local network source. Those credentials stay on your device.
Your responsibility
By continuing, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to access and view any source you connect to this app.
- You will use Kayan TV only with content you are authorised to access—for example, a service you subscribe to legitimately, free-to-air broadcasts, your own media library, or streams you are otherwise permitted to view.
- You will not use Kayan TV to access, copy, redistribute or make available any content that infringes copyright or any other law.
- You are solely responsible for what you connect to this app and for complying with the laws of your country.
What we include
Kayan TV ships with a small set of open-source demonstration videos—public test streams published by Apple and open movies released by the Blender Foundation—so you can see how the player works. These are technical samples, not channels, and are the only media we provide.
No warranty
Kayan TV is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that any source you connect will work, remain available, or play correctly. We are not responsible for the content, availability, quality or legality of anything you connect.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this app.
